1. Do you do quality check of the products you collect?

- We have stringent quality check process to ensure that we get right quality product. Three things are very critical in the quality check process - quality of the wood used, hardware used and the finish.

2. How do I make the payment?

- We accept various modes of payments right from cash to credit cards. You can do bank transfer or simply use your net banking. We also accept Western Union Money Transfer if the client is not situated in India.

3. What is your experience in this industry?

- We are having more than 4 decades of rich experience in the industry. We have expertise in furnitures, accessories, decors, paintings, fixtures, etc.

- We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation. We have highest quality standards to ensure best quality products to you .

5. Where all you deliver?

- We deliver across planet earth. Yes, we deliver free of cost within India and charge reasonable delivery fee for international shipments.

6. Where you source your products?

- We travel across the world to source the products but mainly it is Malaysia, Germany, Italy, China and India.

7. How much time you take to deliver?

- It depends from product to product. Usually, if we have the product in stock, we take 1-2 days to deliver. Otherwise, if we get custom order, it takes about 30 days.

8. Is my information safe with you?

- We use highest level of technology so that your data remains safe with us. We invest heavily in technology so be sure that your information is highly secure with us.

9. Are you cost effective?

- Yes, we sign big deals with the suppliers and hence get huge discounts from them which we pass on to our customers. We are very cost effective.

10. What if the product I receive is damaged?

- If the product you get is damaged, please bring it to our notice. We will take it back and replace the same immediately.

11. How can I track my order?

- Once an order is submitted its details are emailed you. This email will contain the order number. You can login with your credentials to our site and track the order status as well as the order details.If you have any issues or queries please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately.

12. Will I have to sign for my delivery?

- Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

13. What if I am not home when the package arrives?

- Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

14. How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

15. Do you offer warranty on your products?

- Products are typically guaranteed with a warranty on manufacturing defect only. Please keep receipt of your purchase for warranty claims.

16. Will the product be exactly as shown on the Website?

However, the nature and tendency of natural material-based products is that each piece of furniture is unique in its own way.
